Fast Track Debt Relief is full of lies and deceit!!! This "company" is very deceitful and claims they will help you get out of debt but take your money and do not help you. I gave them over $2,000 and they never helped me with my credit card debt of medical bills. They supposedly put your money in a escrow account then let it just sit there while your bills don't get paid. The rep on the phone said they would be in contact with my debtors but never did anything. I had to threaten a lawsuit just to get out of their scam and still didn't get any money back. Read the fine print before considering this company. You will be sued by the creditors and debt collectors because they take so long to do anything if they do anything at all. This company needs to be audited to see what's really going on there. My recommendation is do not use this company you will thank me later!!!

Fast Track Debt Relief

AUTHOR: manydebts01 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 14, 2013

I am a current client of Fast Track Debt Relief and so far my credit score has improved over 60 points.  I am not sure how this customer came to their conclusion in such a short amount of time but I gather they don't understand how debt settlement works.  Yes it is true that your money goes into an escrow type account called a trust account which is FDIC insured by the way.  It took years to get into debt how can they expect to be out of debt in just months?  I can see why this person got into debt in the first place.

I was skeptical at first and read the reviews on the BBB and hung up on them twice before allowing them to try and sell me over the phone.  I was already in debt over 25k and with a judgement and a man whose name I won't mention here, had the patience of a spider and carefully explained the process to me including the fact that for the first few months nothing would happen except that my accounts would go delinquent for a time in order to establish a hardship.   At first I thought, WHAT? but an attorney friend of mine explained that settlement is legal since all credit card companies offer settlements to customers when they are not making their monthly payments on time and are delinquent to begin with.  I admit that most of my creditors were paid on time and I hesitated moving forward but after being in the program for over 19 months, my credit is almost back to where I began and i have another 20 months or so to go.

In the meantime, I was approved for a car loan though the interest was higher than I wanted and I was approved for a Best Buy charge account.  I still can't understand why this person is so irrate.  Just trust in the process and have patience.  You put yourself in debt for reasons I am not sure of and hopefully you enjoyed the journey.  But now it's time to pay the piper and at least you have legal representation that will protect you as you move forward in the process.

Fast Track Debt Relief eliminated all of the fess and interest from my accounts and they try to settle on the dime.  This was all explained to me in detail both times I spoke with them before signing on the dotted line.  If you don't want to use Fast Track then try another company doing debt settlement.  I have news for you, the process is the same.
