 15-Nov-2012: Order proforma invoice finalized by Mr. Welker. Quick communication up until this point. Ordered a significant amount of car parts for a restoration project - value USD 2,870.96.

20-Nov-2012: Paid above amount via paypal.

 Before Christmas - received only on epart of the order, value around 800 USD. Tried to call, email etc. no response. In February 2013 received another shipment of around 600 USD. Remaining balance of parts is 1507USD.

19-Feb-13: Notify Mr. Welker by email that I wish to cancel my order and ask him to refund my money. No response

22-Feb-13: Sent another reminder. No response.

27-Feb-13: Receive an email from Fedex that a shipment had been established. To this date, this has never been shipped.

Throughout the rest of spring and summer, repeated messages to cancel order go unanswered.

My only conclusion is that Mr. Welker does not operate a serious business and he has in fact made it his business to ripoff customers. He is quick to reply and courteous in the initial communication, then goes silent. End result - 1507USD Stolen.
