My vehicle was towed (NOT my fault, condo mgmt. made the mistake.) and was released for free so I never signed a release. Upon driving a few feet I noticed my car was driving differently and was making a loud rubbing noise. I immediately contacted Fast Lane and was told to call back and speak to a manger; after being given the run around for two days I finally got to speak to a "manager" Earl (who refused to give his last name.) who was immediately defensive with me when I asked for his insurance information and explained what I was going on with my car. He so eloquently stated "Well I was the one who towed your car and I've been towing cars for 20 years and never had problem and my insurance will deny your claim anyway." When I kept pushing the issue he told me to call back the next day "because he didn't have that information on him." When I called back I was given the run around for another day with the office stating only the owner has that info. The next day I received a call from the Owner Rob (who wouldn't provide his last name either.) who told me he would come look at my vehicle and determine if Fast Lane damaged it; I told him that was unacceptable because he will protect his own interests and thats what insurance is for, further more he doesnt have a lift so he would be unable to properly access my vehicle and any damage he caused. I even offered to take it to have a third party for an estimate, he refused. When I finally said I will NEED your insurance info he tried to convince me that his insurance company would send him out to look at it anyway. At this point I explained to him I'm not an idiot and to just give me his insurance info and I quote he says "That's what YOU have insurance for, I'm not giving you any information" (Check out their website which so proudly displays "Licensed, Bonded, and Insured". LOL) He even lied to the condo mgmt company when I called them and asked for a copy of their contract with Fast Lane Towing because of what happened and he told them he gave his insurance info to me. I did in fact have to end up filing a claim with my insurance (I ended up finding out his insurance info anyway. Pays to have friends in high places.J) and found out they improperly towed my car (Earl lied about HOW they towed my car.), instead of putting the lift under my tires (the correct way) which he could not do because my wheels were turned he threw a hook underneath my car and DRAGGED it out of the space SNAPPING (clean) the stabilization bar meaning he KNEW what he when he did it. Bottom line Fast Lane Towing is deceptive and dishonest. If I ever need a tow it WILL NOT BE FAST LANE TOWING! "Insurance claims are for true incidents" That's why I was PAID!

I totally agree with you; insurance is for companies like yours who will lie, cheat, and do whatever they can to defraud people. I was PAID under YOUR liability policy, which means FAST LANE TOWING, LLC. was found liable for the damages to my car. Do yourself a favor and read your OWN policy. Further more you sound like a flustered child grasping for straws; you have addressed none of the FACTS stated in the ORIGINAL and REBUTTAL report. I do thank you though for validating my claims against your company by your amazingly ignorant responses. I will be sure to post this link to every review site I can. Have a great day!

Thanks for the heads up! Everyone knows that Impalas have a known mechanical problem. (did you get your carfax report before you bought yours?) Don't worry, I will print it out for both insurance companies.

It's ok though;(I bet your still wondering how I got your info?) I spoke with your insurance adjuster this morning and he expressed how surprised he was how you handled the situation, also he apologized for how this has been dragging on and that I'll be receiving my check shortly. Good luck with those premiums! What's done in the dark ALWAYS comes to the light!

You left a few details out of your story... I will be glad to add them for you. I believe you are the customer that received a return call from the owner (a certified mechanic for over 20 years). You refused to let him see your car. You said you only wanted the company's insurance information so you could get your car fixed for free, that you didn't need us to approve the claim, but just let you file it against our company so you wouldn't have to pay for any repairs. We are in the towing business... not insurance fraud. Loved your long drawn out story anyway. Hey, but what do we know.. oh, yeah.. the truth.
