Fat Loss Factor Scammers won't give refund

A few days ago I watched the Fat Loss Factor video and decided to give it a try. So after the video was over, I clicked on the link that took me to the product page. I filled in my credit card information and proceeded with my order, but first it asked me if I wanted to add on additional items, I clicked on the items to see what they were but I got sent to another page that just said thank you for your order, showing that I had bought 2 add on items. I immediately submitted a ticket on their website telling them about my mistake and asked for a refund.
I realize that it was my mistake, but I was never given a chance to review my order to make sure it was what I wanted, or even look at the add on items that were offered. And since they do offer a money back guarantee, that it wouldn't be a problem to request my money back for the add on items.
The video states that Dr. Charles answers emails within a few hours, so after a day when i didn't receive a reply, I decided to look for an email address, I found a couple and emailed both to alert them of my issue. Still no reply. I searched for a phone number or some other way of contacting them, however there is nothing on their website and googling was of no help either.
It's possible that their methods work but that is besides the point... these people are scammers and never had any intention of backing their "guarantee"!
Do not trust them.
