Was hired by this company to be sales manager Oct. 2008. Sold $500,000.00 by myself as well as running 3-5 other salesman. When it was time to start installing jobs owner calls me up and fires me over the phone so he will not have to pay me my commission. Did this to all the salesman that I had hired also. Installed all the roofs wrong and commited insurance fraud on a daily basis. The father and the son play good cop bad cop to make it look like they are not the problem Father is a former auto mechanic from Michigan who moved to Texas because there is no liscensing required. Son is a little gangster wanna be wigger from 8 mile in Michigan and they both live to screw people over including customers. Have had multiple calls from many customers.
