 I live at a father Joe community on market. Its deplorable how things are ran. They go through staff like water and nothing gets fixed. Car fires. False alarms. Bedbugs. Broke washers. Terrible security guards. The guards sale drugs to the tenants. And date them. The water want working. People fight right under cameras. Most recently the 8th manager in 5 years Ellen barret was fired. She deserved it. She targeted tenants talked shot and never got off her fat a*s to work. Always in office eating. And her husband was banging tenants. Now some illiterate nut that's on team Ellen is going around with a smear campAign about the head boss gervon Flanigan. Gervon isthe best they've had down here!!! She is so nice and so smart. And she puts up with stuff she shouldn't hAve to do. Father joes should be sued how they aren't protecting gervon from this psycho and not protecting us from her either. Ellen should be kicked off sight immediately. Her and the psycho nut are door knocking and trying to get gervon fired. I just wa t to live peaceably. Why is she still here in the slums? If I were gervon i would run for the hills. This place should be condemned. Thanks for nothing father Joe. Terrible building an the one good manager you got will be ran off
