I use Agoda.com to book Fave Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, for 9 nights and pay in advance. After 4 nights I need to leave so I ask for refund of remaining days. Fave Hotel say talk to Agoda. Agoda say talk to Fave Hotel. Two weeks later same story: No refund. No partial refund after penalty. No credit for future stay. No reason to do business again with Agoda.com or Fave Hotel.
