1st problem - the only way to cancel your account is to call the company. When I called the number, I was routed to someone in India who tried to offer me incentives to stay, or to purchase some other service they were offering. When I pointed out that is was frustrating to not have the option to cancel through the website, the support representative laughed and said "This is how we've been doing it for the last 8 years."  When I said this appeared to be a manipulation to make it difficult for their customers to cancel, he laughed again and agreed.

2nd problem - I requested that they delete our credit card information from their system. The representative assured me that would happen as soon as my account was cancelled.  A short time later, I received a confirmation email stating that my account was cancelled. I attempted to log into my account to verify this. Not only was I still able to log into my account, but I could see that my credit card details were still listed there!  I called back, and the representative told me, "Your request to delete your credit card has been forwarded to another department. They will send you a confirmation when it is done." This is obviously a small company that is outsourced to India, so I have ZERO confidence that there is another "department" who is going to delete my credit card from their system.

Beware, beware, beware!
