Basically, I put an ad on craigslist, Jeff answered it came and gave me a reasonable quote for the job. Claims he is fully insured, hes NOT. Also, write up a contract, wants a deposit down to start the job. Gave him that deposit, never seen him again. I have emailed him, called him, he claims to be sick. Claims he is coming to do the job and never shows. I have told him I want my deposit back because he is clearly not going to do the job he says I will be there with money tomorrow, its been two weeks. I've seen no money. I have tried to call and email with no answer. I have left messages and emails stating that it is his last chance for him to return my money or I am filing with small claims court. Still no response. I filed with small claims today. The lady the court said they have a file on him about 10 inches thick. Said he never shows and never pays. If he doesn't pay me and doesn't show, I am bring this to the attoney general this has obviously gone on long enough and he has done this to too many people it time for this guy to go to jail. And I will make sure he goes to jail. You can't just steal peoples money have miles a judgements against you and just get away with it, not anymore. TIME FOR JAIL!!!!!
