FBI/Nassau County Police Department/fifth precinct Federal Bureau of Investigations Eastern District left a 14year autistic developmentally delayed child to fend for herself outside until 10pm Elmont Nationwide

Monday, March 9th The Agents from the FBI along with Police Officers and Detectives from the Fifth Squad Precinct in Nassau County help a single mom in interrogation while she advised for 6 hours that her kids needed to be picked up. The mom told detectives and investigators from 3pm to 9pm that her 14 year old autistic daughter was getting out of school at 5:30 and someone needed to be there for her. This mom picks het daughter up everyday and would be outside the school. The investigators, police officers and Detectives told the mom to deal with it when she was released and went on to torment the mom by saying you shouldn't have gotten arrested. The family is also Muslim and one officer went as far as to tell the mother to shut up before I make you eat that hat. The mother was picked up to avoid her from being a witness for her fiance in a federal case and charged with filing a false police report which the mother filed over a month ago after being stalked and attacked. The investigators told the young mother they were told that if she showed up at court to arrest her. 

The mother's daughter was found disheveled, shaking, crying and slurring in speech at 9:30 on the 9th of March by a neighbor. The child had been walking all night trying to find her mother and brother. The mother watch her daughter call her cell phone as well as het sons school and the investigators refused to let her answer. She told the officers numerous times of her daughter's condition and they refused to help. One detective came to her aide and made a call for her and they realized her daughter was missing. The mother asked numerous times to call her local precinct which was the 113th precinct and file her daughter as a missing person and the officers, detectives and investigators refused. The Sergeant looked her in the face and told her to go to hell. The mother became hysterical and was threatened to be taken to a psych ward. Her son was not found until the next day. There has to be accountability. Government officials take a oath to protect and instead after just a year ago a missing autistic boy was found dismembered they fail NY again. The mother is scheduled to take her daughter to the doctor for a visit and file Civil charges.
