FBK Septic Tank solutions Telemarketer, scam, unprofessional, disconnected phone number Riviera Beach, Florida

Over a 4 day period, I received numerous phone calls from 440-252-4071, which I did not answer, for neither my wife or myself know or want to know anyone in the 440 Area Code, which is near Cleveland OH.

By the way, I am on the no call list.

On the 4th day, at 7:30am, I saw the same phone number was calling me again.  I answered.  He identified himself as Fred with FBK & said I own a home with a Septic Tank, is that correct?  I asked for a supevisor, twice.  He was very unimaginative with his 4 letter responses, showing a very low level of education & most probably no experience, due to his les than knowledgeable descritptive phrases.

He then hung up.

I researched FBK in Florida & found that they have hundreds of unresolved BBB complaints in numerous cities in Florida, as well as GA, TN, KY & AR.  I stopped once I believed I had established a pattern.

I tried calling the 440-252-4071 oirginating number & listened to the message: This number has been disconnected.  I tried twice more to make sure I dialed the correct number & got the message twice.

I would say this is a very shady company who in all likelihood sells a product that would be very difficult to prove is unsatisfactory due to the location of where the product is placed or used to resolve an issue; that being your Septic Tank.  Think about it.  Who is going to open their Septic Tank to prove without a doubt that a problem persists or was unresolved even though you put something in your Septic Tank.

Further research found FBK in numerous complaint databases similar to this one.

I would steer clear of this group as if they have the plague.
