I ordered a simple bowtie for a camaro in August. We are talking about a part that cost 24.99 and they charged 10.00 for shipping after the fact. Well, here it is Oct 17 and no merchandise.
I was patient- called twice, the last time talking to Jeremy Anderson who stated I would have it this past Monday at the latest. Called today and talked to Brian, who says he sees nothing in his computer. I told him to put the charges back on my credit card and he said he would forward to the owner. The owner is TR Young. As a former Executive with the BBB, this is a warning to everyone.
After waiting 2 months, I began to look for other victims and they are numerous. These people need to be taken off of the world wide web.
They didn't even have the common sense to say "Sorry", or explain.
If you can't trust a business online with $34.00, they need to leave.
