FCS - Financial Card Services - JT Card Services - Gas Card Services MasterCard Ripoff by FCS-FinCrdServ-JT Card Services-Gas Card Services fraudulent ripoff business Denver Colorado

In November of 2001 I was contacted by FCS, Financial Card Services by Andrew Wolf #0573. I was offered a $5000 credit card and $100 in free gas certificates and no interest for life on the card,if I would agree to accept the card. It was my understanding that my account would NOT be debited until I recieved and activated the card. Needless to say, my account WAS debited anyway, The MasterCard and free gas certificates NEVER ARRIVED. I was given a customer service number of 1-8770876-7890 for problems and questions.
When I attempted to cancel the order I was given a tracking number of 4041942 and told that my check would arrive shortly. This too never happened. Via email I spoke to Jerry Sarvadi at FCS at jsarvadi@first-lenders.com and he denied responsibility but gave me the same 800 number. I was later (and I forget how I got to her) directed to Amanda Bryant at abryant@first-lenders.com . Ms. Bryant replied as follows:
As you are aware, due to problems with vendors, JT Card Services has experienced delays in the delivery of the cards. The vendor has assured us that your card will be sent to you within the next few days. As a result, JT Card Services cannot consider refund requests until after you have received your card, and then on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this policy is necessary so that the refund process and the card issuance do not conflict with each other. JT Card Services expects to recommence reviewing refund requests in 14 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We no longer handle customer service for JT Card Services and therefore are not aware of their current services. You can contact JT Card Services by calling their customer service line: 1-877-876-7890.

Another option is filling out a Fraudulent Affidavit form at your bank, asking them to Return the Item (the charge) and they should be able to fund your account.

of course I am still without responses from either location.

On January, through the 1-877-876-7890 number I spoke to another representative who identified themselves only as Jeremy, who issued me a cancellation confirmation # of 001563JC. He assured me that the refund would be made on January 31, 2002. It has still not happened and it is March 9,2002.

Today, the same 1-877-876-7890 number revealed yet another person, a woman who identified herself as Chevon Marina and mentioned an affiliation with "Household Protection Plus"

I have turned this over to the attorney general for the state of Arizona. It appears there are thousands of victims.
