This company uses extremely deceptive advertising so that you must scrutinize their website at the time of placing a free sample order otherwise you will not be made aware that unless you initiate a cancellation call within 14 days (by the time you receive the product and even try to test it 14 days has almost gone by), they have the right to charge $190 ($90 for the cream and $90 for the serum) every month. Their marketing campagin preys on the fact that most internet purchases are done for ease and expediency of the transaction and consumers will not likely catch the "small print" that details the amount and frequency of these automated charges. After seeing these 2 additional charges on our credit card statement, we tried to call the company to resolve it and discvered that you had to make 2 calls. The first call is to SkinHaven 800-572-2093 and the second company is for VitademBeauty. Although the introductory message is identical, you are then routed to speak with foreigners with difficult to understand accents who use alias American names and all they do is repeated recite the "terms and conditions". The product is NOT worth the price and the company is an unethical organization that would never survive if they used these business practices and customer (dis)service in a physical store.
