I received a coupon for frebrezair.com in the local mailer. They had an option for $39.99 they would clean "unlimited vents", a return, and some other items. I scheduled them to do all 3 floors in my house. So, two guys came to the house and they brought a huge vaccum and a large pipe that they stick to the vent and run for 15 mins. They also use a shop vac to clean the return. There are a few problems with their advertisement and service:

- No clean ducts:the large vaccum is used with only 1 vent. It is not unlimited vents. If they have to use it with other vents, its an additional $20 per vent. There is no way the vaccum can suck the dust out of all vents from one vent. When I called the main office and complained they argued that it is unlimited because it does clean all vents from 1 vent. This is complete BS.

- Return clean is BS:They clean the return with a shopvac. seriously?? I can do this on my own. Who cant. How are these guys experts. The tech said that they can use a snake brush to clean the return but thats an additional $44. The return clean makes no sense to me. 

- Cannot Measure the clean: The large vaccum that they bring to clean the vent already was full of dust already. So there is no way of knowing how much dust it pulled from your vent. I saw the return they had claimed to clean and it looked the same. There was no cleaning at all. 

This company is a complete hoax and I suggest getting someone else to do a thorough clean up.
