I've recently been receiving phone call from what is supposed to be a law firm representing a payday loan co. The supposed law firm is Federal Credit law firm. The person whom called spoke horrid English with a strong Indian accent. The head of the firm"mark benjamin" claims I took out a payday loan and defaulted on it. I never took out the loan they claim yet they have a scary amount of information about me which I neither denied or acknowledged.

This is the second day they have attempted to get me to pay them money. At first I was alarmed but the simple fact I am in bankruptcy makes me laugh that someone who attempt to do anything with my identity. The first time they contacted me I harassed them until the started cussing me and decided they didn't want my money. The next day I contacted the local FBI office.
