Federal Express These guys broke a coffee machine that they were shipping for me. Now they won't pay the damages. They say I have to get their agent to file the claim, from Canada, only he won't return my calls. They want to pay the claim to him, Canada Pack and Parcel. They agree to causing the damage but they keep changing their story. After six months of phone calls, they say we had no insurance???? Pittsburg Pa.

after a coffee machine was shipped to my business, it was determined by Fed EX that they had caused the damages. However they refuse to pay for the damages. They expect me to get their agent at Canada Pack and Parcel to file the claim. The agent won't return my calls, repeatedly, my messages to him have gone unreturned for almost six months. Now I am being told that the 1,500.00 dollar claim was reduced to 107.00 and paid to the shipper. I'm being told there is no insurance on this item. This machine needs to be sent to South Korea to be repaired, and all the while my business suffers for lack of this important equipment. Why on earth would I ship a package worth 3,500.00 without any insurance? These people think that we won't do anything about these situations.

They get paid and we get screwed!
