Federal Grants Department N/A They asked me for $250.00 sevice fee to process $7000.00 in grant money. I paid the $250.00, but did not recieve the $7000.00 Washington DC Dist Columbia

 On 10 July 2013 I was contacted by Federal Grants Department by phone and was told by a Mrs.Stella Adams, that I was selected for a Federal Grant of over $7000.00, all I had to do was go to a Western Union and transfer to them $250.00 for a processing fee. On 11 July 2013, I went to Lowe's at 2180 N. Main St, Las Cruces, NM 88001, Phone#1-575-527-2624. Lowe's had a Western Union Store there, where I transfered $250.00 to a Mrs.Lydia Tungol in the Phillipines. Mrs. Tungol then told me after recieving the $250.00, that the Western Union there Didn't have enough cash money to cover the amount of the grant and then asked me for my bank acount number. I gave her my Debit Card Number after I had been told the money would be transfered to my account. On 12 July 2013, I contacted an individual by the above phone number and talked to someone claiming to be the Senior Customer Service Representative and was told by her that my money hadn't gone into my account because I had to cover the tax on the funds before they could deposit the money. She claimed that the tax would be an additional $500.00, dollars. That's when I asked her to refund my $250.00, and we would be done and I would never deal with them again. She refused to refund my money and wouldn't give me my grant money.
