federal legislation department/david miller  beware of this Internet

a certain david miller repeatedly called my work,my home my cellphone with a middle eastern accent very hostile,arrogant and threatening me. he left a number to call. i called him and told me tha he is filing a lawsuit against me because i owe them a payday loan of 300 us diollars and demanding me to pay or i will pay the 3200 us dollars for court expenses. i sarted to asked who he was what company when the transaction occured because i dont have any direct dealings with this person or their company the more he raised his saying xxx@@@####words to me i told him to calm down and explain e everything to me because i insisted that i dont owe anything from them.the more he curse me yell at me told me to see him in court and hang the phone; trying to find out his real identity i tried calling the numbers they gave only to hear from their voice system different names in the office and claiming they are lawyers   and working at the legal deprtment. beware
