The simple truth is that he rented out his license to two incompetent managing partners named Steve Aushwitz and Jeff Brougton. Due to greed and financial mismanagement, the firm has refused to meet its payroll obligations since April of 2009. As a result, most of the employees have either quit or have been laid off. There is really nobody working at this firm and that's why thousands of files are collecting dust while homeowners are losing their homes.
