My husband lost his job in November of last year and we couldn't keep up with the payments on our house. The FLM called my husband one day and said that he received his name as someone that the could help.
My husband sent them $1,000.00 to start their process of modification. They told us not to worry about making any payments to our morgage company Wells Fargo because they were now "On the case". Little did we know they were scamming us. We thought they were contacted by Wells Fargo in an attempt to collect the back payments.
Over the next two months not one word form either party so my husband assumed everything was going well. He found a new job and we felt like everything us going to be okay. $3,000.00 dollars later Wells Fargo sold our house out from under us with out our knowledge because this company LIED.
Now we have three days left to vacate the house. I wish my husband never got involved with these low life scum. We have no where to go and we have children depending on us. What ever you do don't trust this company. I lost everything.

The FTC sued them in District Court and the case is pending. I think you should contact the FTC to be added in case the court orders them to pay resitution.
You should immediately consult with an attorney to determine what options are available to you and to attempt to stave off the foreclosure sale of the home.
