Terrible business practices. 

Paid them first week of Dec. 2016. Took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me. 

Then claim in a rude way, like it was some joke I had more charges on my record and would have to pay for them.

No where does it mention that in their info and it was not discussed in any detail. 

Then, as this drags out, ask me for an over inflated riduclous amount of over 7000.00! 

I cancel my contract and have yet to be reimbured my funds AT ALL. Let alone the documents I paid for and sent them. 

This Naz Khan person called me directly and was responsible for the lack of professionalism regarding the charges. Abusive is another word I would use. 

Taking advantage of an disabled indigenous Canadian who lives on a disability pension does not seem beyond them for a second. 

Only work they have done is looked at the record check I had done and paid for previously, and emailed me some documents. Oh and the rude phone call from Naz Khan. 

I am contacting the BBB!
