*Consumer Comment: How do you know your laptop was dropped "carelessly?"
fedex dropped my laptop at my backdoor where it was dropped on the ground carelessly and very clear that the driver wanted to go home and i was not home i was not notified at all that my laptop was there i could have gone around front their lack of respect for packages another time they left my new laptop charger out in the rain a soaked box not what i should see it would have fit in my mailbox

How do you know your laptop was dropped "carelessly?"

Your complaint is hard to read, no punctuation, no caps.
Your complaint that the charger should have been put in your mailbox is bogus, NO ONE but the post office can place articles in the mail box, and yes, I know YOU bought it.
