Advice for OP, or personal attack?
AUTHOR: Aaron J. - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Friday, February 11, 2011
My last message was directed to the OP, but Steve Bradenton took it personal. That was a simple example of my point. If someone would like to give advice here, great. Others, like Steve Bradenton, act as though advice given with destructive insult is the best way to help.
Steve Bradenton uses the term "common sense" loosely. The incident that this OP fell victim to was not due to a lack of common sense or intelligence, but rather mere inexperience. At worse case, the OP was naive or even foolish, but nothing like Steve Bradenton peculiarly found it so necessary to "bash" him with. Evidentally, Steve Bradenton has been "bashed" in his life in order to learn "common sense", and now feels it beneficial to do the same to others. That's what he means by 'calling it as HE sees it'.
I didn't bother back-screening just to be sure I got a name spelled correctly. I felt that unnecessary for the OP to understand my point. Since Steve Bradenton used his personality to take offense and retaliate by suggesting someone should be more observant, I might add that I clearly indicated in my last response that I did not bother going back to verify the name spelling.
Steve Bradenton, under any spelling, evidentally enjoys bashing others while feeling compelled to object to others shunning his insult. This may make him feel good, pretending to offer advice while simultaneously grossly degrading that person, but people will inevitably have an opinion of Steve Bradenton similar to mine. These people also use 'common sense', calling it as they see it (either verbally or with mental note) while observing his dire adiction with the need to hurt people.
There were flags that should have left the OP less trusting. Unfortunately, not everyone is out for a fair trade or willing to treat another with respect. That fraudulent FedEx site and Steve Bradenton are just two examples. As I stated before to the OP, live and learn. Or don't, and spend your life getting a fix by showing everyone you have a psychological reason to spew hate at others.

Hey Aaron J, learn how to pay attention!

Aaron,
It's BRADENTON, not "Brandenton".
At least if you are going to bash someone, be sure you are doing it right.
And, no self esteem issues here. Some people are just too stupid to live, and I call it like I see it.
If people would just pay attention and use just a little common sense, there would be much less "rip offs" to report.
And, FYI...I never even had to click on any link, so no virus, and even if I would have, I have top of the line, daily updated protection. No problem.
I could tell just by looking at the address it was a scam, and Fedex was not involved.
Hint: If Fedex was actually involved, the email would be something@ fedex.com, NOT fedex@yahoo.fr, or some bogus crap like that.
Just common sense here.

Looks like you were scammed.

Hopefully, Steve Brandenton (I didn't bother going back to check the selling of his name) didn't click on that link. That's a nice way to ask for a virus. The loss here is not clear, but that site is a scam. It has nothing to do with FedEx, other than that scammer may use FedEx for correspondence for his illicit activity.
Sorry for your loss. Live and learn. As far as Steve Brandenton's comment, don't worry about it. His response looks like it came from a bored individual that surfs sites like this to vent his poor self esteem problem. While cowardly hiding behind his computer, Steve Brandenton is attempting to hurt other's the same was he has felt hurt in his life. Steve Brandenton's attack really ranks close to the disrespectful nature of the people that run that card scam.
When money no longer has meaning, this happy OP will be looking a long ways down at a miserable Steve Brandenton.

I simply cannot believe how many suckers are out there in this world!
Just by looking at the website involved here, anyone with the IQ of a houseplant could see that it is a scam.
To the OP. Do you work at being stupid or does it come natural to you?
The only rip off here is on the taxpayer because they paid good money to send you to school and got zero return on investment!
