I shipped a package almost two weeks ago. They haven't delivered it and can't find it. I have called and emailed dozens of times. Almost every time I contact them they have a different lie. They have now deleted my account so I can't file a claim. How is this not theft? I have saved and documented every step in this process. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.
