I ordered a grant kit from them and paid $2.95 for the shipping and handling. It has been a few weeks and I still have not received the kit. Then this morning I checked my bank statement online and it showed that they took another $39.95 out of my account. I never agreed to this. I never saw anywhere that it was only a trial period or anything. I'm very upset with this.

I am a person who is struggling to make ends meet and thought that this was a program to help people like me out. I guess I was wrong. So much for the federal government helping us little people. I want my money back NOW!!!

The 39.95 charge you have mentioned may be for a Grant Master program - and our company represents some of the Grant Master programs. I apologize for any misunderstandings that might have occurred when you purchased your Grant CD. If this is one of our programs, we certainly would like to assist you with your concerns and come to a resolution ASAP.

Unfortunately, we are unable to locate an account for this customer as there is limited information on this post. In order to locate an account and be able to assist you, we will need more information, such as your full name/zip code, contact phone # and/or an email address so we may attempt locate your information.
