I didn't even order anything and they billed me. i had a $7.95 bill on my visa and i didn't ask for anything, don't even know what fedgrantusa is. they supposedly cleared it,i called them. it was for some CD. not sure how they can charge me without knowing anything about it. maybe someone has my card number???
