If you are looking to save your house from foreclosure or have tax or other debt problems you would be better off to find other solutions to your problems then to get involved in Feds Ministry with Julio Vargas and Mike Aloba. This program and their "coaching" program will do little more than give you an education in how not to waste your time and get ripped off. Under the guise of "helping others" and even going so far as to quote from the Bible Julio Vargas will reel you in and take you for the ride of your life. Do NOT fall for him and his counterpart Mike Aloba and their claims of being able to get your house "free and clear" or to settle your debt or tax problems. These two unsavory characters strung along a group of people across the country, some of them including me, paying hundreds of dollars for coaching that was never received. We were strung along for months learning a "process" that would save our homes from foreclosure and as some of us came to the end of the "process" Julio Vargas and Mike Aloba disappeared and have not been heard from again. Participants who were looking for direction from their mentor Julio Vargas were left "hanging" and proceeded to be foreclosed on by the bank. DO NOT believe their lies and false promises, hang on to your money and don't pay for remedies that will never materialize from Fedsministry or Julio Vargas. THIS IS A SCAM.

Julio's foreclosure defense works; we are refunding your $125.00 Coaching Balance

AUTHOR: Mike A - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 20, 2011

September 2010 - I had a part time gig at a local Newsmagazine and TV station after loosing my IT job after 25 years of service. Knowing that I was having problems with my mortgage and other debts, the Editor invited me to her house on a Sunday afternoon because she met Julio and he was doing a seminar. She felt that he could help me and others that she invited to eliminate debt. After the meeting, I felt relieved that I might have found a solution to my dilemma. I was also in shock to learn about how the financial crisis came about. The following day, I met with Julio to look at my case and said that he can help me even though I have been behind in my mortgage since November 2008. He encouraged me to do my own research to make sure that I had evidence that backs up his claims on why his process works. After a couple of weeks, I came back with a lot of questions and Julio was able to answer every single one of them. That day, I decided to jump in fully committed. I had to humble myself, swallow my pride, empty my cup, and prepare for an education of a lifetime. On September 29, 2010, Julio prepared and mailed my Presentment. I am still in my house and JULIO'S FORECLOSURE DEFENSE WORKS! It works because I got involved and took responsibility for learning who I am and what my unalienable rights are as a Sovereign. Learning the paperwork is easy as long as one can follow instructions. As a matter of fact, my 14 year old daughter does some of my Private Administrative Processes.

Eager to learn and help people, I volunteered my services to FEDS Ministry / Life Solutions. Having an IT background and expertise in Workflow and Process Management, I began to help Julio make changes in the way the organization worked. One of the areas I focused on is the weekly webinars. Along the way, I have met and interfaced with a lot of great and wonderful people and ones that are not so skillful. These webinars allow people to learn and become educated, not only on foreclosure defense but most importantly in creating Life Solutions for themselves (at least for those who are willing to apply themselves and take part in creating solutions). Today, we have a team of people doing cases... Every week, we are conducting weekly seminars (for free) to help people open their eyes and ears to new Solutions and Technologies.

Michelle, it is apparent you are not aware of the wonderful things we have done for people and their lives. We may not have the opportunity to please everyone but for you to call this as scam, is like calling the school you attended a scam because you may not have learned everything you should have liked or expected. In this example the inability to find a job is not the cause of the so-called deficiencies of the school.

We are refunding your $125.00 Coaching Balance. Please provide an appropriate mailing address to me via email since we do not have your mailing address as you were never an official member of the webinars.

You do not have standing to make remarks about other clients we serve or cases we assist with.

Lack of Commitment

AUTHOR: Stoakman - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 18, 2011

Dear Disgruntled,

Its funny that folks can't put some sustained focus (opposite of attention deficit disorder) into a remedy that really does work.  No one said any solution was easy, quick or FREE.  But getting your mortgage in the first place, if it WAS easy, was because the banking system's mortgage programs are the real scam that require a remedy that takes some time.

The odds are you were irresponsible in getting into foreclosure because you fell for the 'mortgage/banking' scams of the last few decades.  And because it seemed so 'painless' to put yourself into massive debt, you were hoping the remedy would be painless as well.

The real 'pain' of your situation came from your mortage and credit problems and NOT Feds Ministry.  To reverse the perversion of our fraudulent banking system, there is a remedy the hijackers of our just money system left for us.  That does not mean it would be simple or easy, but it DOES WORK.

The same thoroughness you should have put into consideration of a mortgage and variable interest rates, etc. is the same thoroughness required of you to work your remedy.  You can not fix an error using the same careless steps that created that error.

Complaining is easy.  Fixing a wrong or an injustice takes patience, time and understanding.  Feds Ministry is fully capable of reversing your dilemma.  Are you capable of seeing your situation reversed and taking the steps necessary to do so?

Keep the faith and find your path to freedom from the banker's tyranny.  Feds Ministry holds the key, but you need a steady hand to turn the lock.  Shifting the blame is easy.  Acceptance of the problem is the first step in fixing it.  You have not even crossed the first threshold.

Seeing Both Sides

AUTHOR: GMac - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 12, 2011

I am one of the participants in the webinars and services offered by Feds Ministry which are mentioned by the author of this complaint. I am lucky to have been blessed with the ability to view things from different perspectives at the same time.

Having been a student of the law for many years, I know that there is no "magic bullet" even though we all hope for one when we are in financial trouble as "debtors."  One must study and comprehend the actions one is taking before taking them.  And then we have to be willing to follow through and stand behind them pursuing the process to the end.

I have been very disappointed in my relationship with Feds Ministry, but I find MrsSpence's words to be unnecessarily inflammatory.

It is true that Mr. Vargas offered 7 months of training by a specific format and did not keep his word, delivering instead a hit-and-miss series of Question and answer sessions for just over 5 months.  And it is true that he sometimes gave incorrect instructions and forms, which made it necessary for some of us to have to do things over again at our own expense.  It is also true that Mr. Vargas agreed to do coaching appointments and repeatedly failed to show up, or to show any common courtesy for his clients.  To my knowledge he never once apologized or communicated in advance that he would be unable to keep the appointment.

And we were all so desperate for the information that he promised, that we hung in there even when the signs were clear where this might be headed.  We have only our own desperation to blame for that!

I appreciate Mr. Vargas' comprehension of the law, and give him the benefit of the doubt regarding his intentions to actually help people.  But he clearly has no comprehension of the value of his word, communication, or other peoples' time and energy.  Hence, there is now this negative public conversation which can bear nothing but more bitter fruit.  I believe it falls under the heading of you reap what you sow.

It may be true that Julio has been off learning another, shorter, more effective process to help people with their homes -- but here's my beef:  When it would only take half an hour (max.) to send out an email to everyone in the group and take responsibility for his failed promises, let us know what is happening, and somehow make it right with us -- his failure to do so is clear evidence that he can not be counted on.

And yet, we continued to send him money and beg for time to hear what he had to say.  And so, we, too reap what we have sown.  We've done our best to learn but we're in a hurry.  We have banksters breathing down our necks, and what we have been given to learn has been disconnected pieces of a giant puzzle.

This is one reason why I've skirted these studies for so long -- because it doesn't work for me when people are focused on their anger and resort to blame and accusations.  This whole line of study is about taking responsibility for ones self.

I'm still in communication with Mr. Aloba.  I enjoy our conversations and find him much more responsive than Julio, if less knowledgable.  He returns my calls and answers my questions and treats me like a valued client and friend.

I understand that some people were left stranded near the end of their processes, and I find this unconscionable as well.  But there are certainly other coaches and teachers out there, most of whom have good intentions and a wealth of understanding.  The problem is that there is NO MAGIC BULLET.  If you find a teacher who says there is, RUN in the other direction, and do NOT give them money.

I hope that Mr. Vargas will in some way compensate those of us with whom he contracted for services, and has so far failed in delivering them.  We'll see.

I'm still pursuing remedy for the debts of my debtor, which I believe CAN work.  I am not certain that I will be able to do what is necessary to have it work, but I do believe that it CAN.

As for the older couple who "lost their home to foreclosure," it is my understanding that they are back in the game with new help.  It is tiring and consuming, this work.  But how hard were you prepared to work for the next 10 or 20 or 30 years to make those payments that you now can't make for whatever reason?  It's just different work than you were doing before.  And it's so outside the box for everyone who was raised with a debtor mentality.  It's frustrating enough by itself.  Having someone treat you with such disrespect and disregard makes it way worse.

My opinion:  MrsSpence has some valid complaints, but I don't much care for the bitter way she has spoken them and failed to take responsibility for her own choices.  And Mr. Vargas has some valuable information, but I don't much care for his style of teaching, and I find his lack of regard for his word and for others to be completely unacceptable.

The webinars and coaching have helped me, but I am not certain yet that what I've learned will prove to be effective.  And I don't know if it is worth what I paid for it or worth the hassle.  Time will tell.

Specifically how helped?

AUTHOR: mrsspence1 - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, May 12, 2011

I would be interested in hearing specifically what Julio and Mike helped you with since most of the group that they were helping across the country were working on foreclosure situations. I already tried repeatedly (4 X) to contact Mike Aloba thru email to schedule my paid for coaching with Julio Vargas as well as trying to Sype and text Julio on several occasions. Mike did finally contact me and just told me Julio was busy putting on "live" seminars in the Chicago area. To the best of my knowledge no one of the approximately 25 people in our group has heard from Julio nor has he put on the paid for Tuesday night webinars since March 29, 2011, not the April 22 date he states in his rebuttal.  He states in his rebuttal that he is working on a "new" process however that has never been shared with anyone of his subscibers of the Feds Ministry Tuesday night webinar group. It seems like he has "moved on" to forming a group in Chicago. Please be specific as to HOW you were helped and what was the resolution.

Julio and Mike have helped me!!!!

AUTHOR: vsimos - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 10, 2011

Based on my dealings with Julio and Mike...I have to believe there is some misunderstanding!  They have allways acted honestly, and have fulfilled their promises to me. They have given me expert guidence and have allways responded in a timely fashion even though they were very buzy. The matters that they help me with are important to me and I have allways accepted the responsibility to followup with them and do not wait for phone calls. I know that this process is something I must be engaged in and understand for myself.

Why don't you contact them to see if you can clear up this misunderstanding instead of dragging their names into the mud?

Julio Vargas words he " Dropped the Ball"

AUTHOR: mrsspence1 - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 04, 2011

Mr. Vargas by his own admission "Dropped the Ball" and went MIA on a group of folks who were relying on his direction, and didn't receive paid for webinars and coaching. He fails however to take into account, or any responsibilty that in doing so an elderly California couple (not me I have hired a proper law firm) lost their home to foreclosure. Hmmm. Does this sound like someone you wish to do business with? While Mr. Vargas in his rebuttal makes veiled threats regarding my posting he fails to point out what is libelous in my statements. He in fact admits he "should have stayed in closer contact" to his Feds Ministry group, a group that was trusting him to be there for him. His statements are in fact  incorrect in stating that I "mixed processes". I am not even sure as to what he is referring to,  I as well as many other people aside from myself followed his directions to a "T" and yet have not stopped their foreclosures.  About the only truth to be found in Mr. Vargas rebuttal is that he did in fact travel to California at his own expense. He fails to state that his own expense was so that he could go to a seminar to further educate himself. He is  correct in stating that some of the letters and methods used by Feds Ministry could possibly help in eliminating credit card debt. I would recommend them for that however proceed with caution if you are looking to save your home. You can google his name and find he has problems in his real estate endeavours in the past. Also check out Creditors in Commerce and the Rip off Report on Gordon Hall. This is where Julio Vargas got much of his education. Buyer beware not only could you wind up losing your home but your freedom as well.

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE OF REMOVAL

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE OF REMOVAL

May 4, 2011

ATTN: Michelle Spencer,

Sadly, some people fail to conduct themselves responsibly as creditors and merely cry and complain about their failures. Per our conversation during a trip to California at my own expense, I took the time to visit with you and answer any questions you wished to ask. At that time you thanked me for the remedy I shared with you whereby you received a zeroed out credit card debt expeditiously. It was at this time you informed me that you panicked and had used someone elses process that entered your process into the public because you thought our process might not work. Your apparent fear-based reaction caused you to mix processes despite my telling you that employing a public process this way indeed renders the private process obsolete. Is this how you show gratitude to Feds Ministry for obtaining cancellation of your credit card debt? Is it our responsibility your mortgage process failed after we informed you NOT to mix processes, namely that of taking George Trans materials and superimposing it with our technologies?

Perhaps our failure to maintain closer communications since April 22nd is where we dropped the ball. If you afforded us due patience (we have been studying a new process to benefit our members) you would have seen the results of a new process that works much faster and has better results of which I will not share at this time. We cannot help you if you are irresponsible and unwilling to help yourself and/or refuse to follow instructions.

If you wish to learn about International Law first-hand, then please do continue to launch false accusations; I will be more than happy to expose you to the truth that private remedies do work against people who attempt to cause damage to others falsely. You are hereby NOTICED you have 72 hours from this date to remove any and all defamatory and libelous claims.  Interference with a business relationship is a serious tort.

Govern yourself accordingly.

Julio Vargas
