I recently purchased their lifetime subscription ($38.95) in hopes of downloading music. I was under the assumption that I would have some kind of unique access that only subscribed members would be allowed to have. Instead I was given a program that is a copy of "Limewire" called "MP3 Rocket". This is the exact same guts as the FREE Limewire.

This company says to offer tech support. Their idea of tech support is a page where you can enter your name, email and comments. Then you get a response in your email box saying that they received your email and will get back to you. Well I did that twice and still haven't received any email response from them at all. What are we paying for if they are not going to respond to you? That was one of the reasons I purchased it!

They also offer you another FREE program "Videora" to convert your regular movies to MP4 format so that it can be read by ipod. What a bunch of crap.

Well I guess the only way I am able to get a refund for this is to contact the service they went through, Clickbank, and request a refund through them.

If you were to do a search on the internet for these guys, you would be bombarded with praised reviews on how this site is one of the best sites online for downloading. I honestly think that they just have a bunch of guys typing in reviews that make them sound great. I have seen better support from free services.

I will eventually get my refund and will continue to you free services.
