This all started when I tired to withdraw an amount of money which is a 105$ from the 1300$ that I have earned .it is known ,for some reason ,that freelancer.com holds your money for a period of 15 days due to "security reasons" as they claim before they could release them.Well that is what I did ,I waited for two weeks until today the February 15th 2012 ,I found out that my account was temporarily suspended.I contacted live support that is when they asked my to submit a ticket which I did.Ive sent them a scanned copy of my ID ,Commercial pilot lisc my username and waited for their reply.I tried to contact them again .Guess what  was the big surprise, their online support was offline. I contacted a previous employer of mine and asked him to check if the online support was online which he confirmed that they are.Well its for you to judge now ,since they are claiming to be a multi million dollar company ,but the truth is that they are  scamming hard workers.Just a small note that I need to add, some of us were scammed by either by employers or freelancers but when you ask for a support or help they claim that they cannot do anything since they are only acting as an agent between both of the freelancer and employer, but when it comes to getting payed for your handwork which they are not even paying for ,they suspend your account,do not give you an answer and do not even bother to send you at least some details.Anyway Im not stopping until I get what is mine ,it is not about the money it is about the principles. even if it costs me what I made my whole life .

Honestly one of the Top websites or lets say it is the top and best website that you will ever use in this field.

I want to say to everybody; do not worry ,they only follow a normal procedure to keep us all safeWay to go freelancer

This the latest conversion I had with the most or lets say only helpful agent in their customer support.

Jep: Thank you for contacting customer support. My name is Jep. How may I help you?

Hatem Ben arfa: I just wanted to let you know I did not get any answer regarding my (Suspesion) ticket
Hatem Ben arfa: As I told you Ive got ALOT to do
Hatem Ben arfa: but for some reason this issue is not solved yet
Hatem Ben arfa: and I would like an explanation please
Jep: Again, there is a proper team that handles suspension issues.
Jep: If you have not receive any respond yet, again, it means that they are not yet done with your issue.
Hatem Ben arfa: Well they did not answer me yet so I would like to know if there is any normal explanation I could get from you
Hatem Ben arfa: Ive been reading the terms and I did nothing wrong according to them
Hatem Ben arfa: and also I have seen a couple of websites that state that this is a common problem
Jep: I can not provide you any details since there is a proper team for this issue. I have already told you that earlier.

Hatem Ben arfa: I know that jep, I appreciate the efforts youre doing but please bare with me as I really worked hard for this and have alot of work to do

Hatem Ben arfa: but as I told you Im not in a postition to wait two months or so or even two more days as im working on a project and I need to get in touch with the emplyer
Jep: We also understand your concern,however there is a proper procedure for account suspension issue, you really need to wait for the team to respond to your ticket.
