They debt collectors masquarading as lawyers. They file gutter or sewer service (they mail notices to addresses they know are no longer valid) and then go to court and freeze your bank account. When I went to court the judge yelled at their lawyer (he seemd really stupid and totally unprepared). They are greedy shylocks but it is easy to right them in court if you have the means.
