Feldman Institute Refuses to return money owed for over TWO years Baton Rouge Louisiana

 They charged me $86 to see the doctor on my first visit even though I'm not supposed to pay a co-pay. Once I cleared up the co-pay issue within 2 weeks, I was told to contact the financial department in order to receive a refund. I've been told repeatedly that I would get a check in the mail within 4-6 weeks (beginning 2 years ago). I was finally explained that the finance office is in the doctor's Home and his wife cut all the checks. Translation; I'm not getting refunded the money I'm owed. Now, if I am with you as much is $.50 – not only would they refused to see me, but they would ruin my credit as well . What recourse do I have? Furthermore, I've noticed that they have charged my insurance for imaging never performed. Are therefore no longer sign a release for imaging services upload every visit as requested. I simply write that I will sign ONLY when imaging services are performed. Otherwise, they have no authority to bill me nor my insurance services as such. I would simply find another doctor, but there just aren't many in the Baton Rouge area who offer this service. Especially, those who except my insurance.
