This company is the biggest scam of the century. The company has taken a total of $9000 for 3 loan modifications from my family. They gave me a loan modification that is higher than what I am paying right now and they said this is what I qualify for based on what the lender has accepted as my modification because I am late on my payments.

If I can not afford my original payment how can I afford a bigger payment? This company has some of the best sales people to convince you that they are the best in what they do, yet only to find out that I have been taken advantage of.

I have written the Department of Real Estate 4 times and they told me they have no jurisdiction over lawyers and that I need to complain to the State Bar. I am in the process of doing this. Do not fall for any type of lawyer scams that promise major rate and payment reductions. Feldman Law is the biggest scam of the century.

They are truly the biggest scums of the earth.

We also find it very interesting that the Department of Real Estate blew him off. They came knocking on our door less than a month ago requesting documentable evidence on PARSA LAW GROUP and NATIONAL LOAN MODIFICATION CENTER stating they were investigating them. If they don't have jurisdiction over law firms, why would they want our documents?

Thanks for writing in Ralph, we really appreciate your input. You are truly paying it forward by hopefully stopping people from going to scams like Feldman Law Center, Parsa Law Group, Griswold & Agdeppa, Law Office of Leland Moglen and so on and so on ad nauseum.
