I hired the Aaron Feldman to review and modify a land transaction agreement and Easement Agreement for a minor subdivision/lot split.  He took a $800 retainer.  We met with him for 1 hour after our initial conversation, email several times with questions.  Our emails went unanswered.  He ignored our questions.  He left on vacation and then went into trail an did not complete any work for us.  When we pushed him he made some minor alterations to our existing agreement and made huge erros in what he did do.  For example, he never referenced the preliminary agreements in place and mixed up non-exclusive and exclusive easements.  When we asked for revisions he quit and did not return our calls or give us any expanaions why.

I got nothing from him yet he took and kept the retinaer.  I had to start all over with a new attorney.
