Felix Pinero...is a very dishonest person...he is a thief. He advertises the sale of all tyoes of products (construction, oil, mineralsetc), encourages prospective buyers to enter into contract, then steals your downpayment money. He issues all the relevant paperwork: Sales Orders, Contracts, signatures, stamps, agreements. He lists all the terms the buyer wishes to have. Once this is done he asks for downpayment and then makes all types of excuses why he cannot deliver.

Several business people from Trinidad and Tobago placed orders for steel products from Brazil more that a year ago. They have signed contracts valued up to USD300,000. They made downpayments as requested. Yet FELIX never delivered their products. He makes all sorts of excuses.

His company AGUIBA is false...he has a few people in his 'office' who follows his orders. He never responds to phone.. he pretends he can't speak English. This is not true.

FELIX PINERO and his company AGUIBA or A. Commercio De Manufacturados Ltda. is not a company to do ANY type of business with.
