Feliz Auto Sales Fernely Feliz Ripped off many customers and his employees Danbury Connecticut

Fernely Feliz is one the most dishonest person on the planet. He had a family member of mine come work there, despite my brother telling him not to because of his past dealings with Fernely Feliz! My family member went there from a big auto dealer he ran for years. He went there to help Fernely Feliz with his struggling failing business. As soon as he got there he sold 40 plus cars the first month, and had to handle to Connecticut State tax Marshalls there for past due sales taxes, threatening to shut the place down, while Fernely Feliz was in the Dominican Republic building his new house. Then month two he sold another record number of cars, and noticed his entire family in the business was costing the business to go down with there lack of work ethic and shear laziness. He brought people in from his old dealer, and started making a ton of progress. Fernely Feliz promised him 50% of whatever the business was at Fernely Feliz's failing Bethel location.

After my family member sold his car there, which Fernely Feliz took in financing money from bank, and never gave to my family member, people from all different places would come in and claim they were 50% partners with Fernely Feliz at that location, and he was thinking that wasn't the deal he had with Fernely Feliz? My family member showed him the sales figures since he got there, and said you need to pay me, it's getting ridiculous. Fernely would come back and say, I'm not avoiding you, the closing costs on my house were way more than expected etc etc. Then Nextgear, their credit line came in and shut them down, claiming they were owed 40,000 for sold cars they never received. After a week of trying to see what he could do to rebound from that, he finally went to settle with Fernely Feliz, and he said, I don't owe you anything, you owe me money, and that's it! So now my family member is sitting at home with no money, bills past due, and no car!

This isn't a one sided story! My brother refused to have anything to do with Fernely Feliz for a cowardice thing he did, and claimed he didn't know anything about what my brother swears on his life he made clear to him, and nobody around even believed at the time, when it happened. I wish my family member listened to my brother. He told him why he's such a bad person, and he told him you need to learn to forgive people. If this story isn't terrible, I don't know what is? Do not trust this man with anything! Not in business, or personally!
