I found Feltech Hammer Division while trying to find parts for my Gorilla Hammer (they don’t have any parts for their own products). I Frank Lashua the owner and he called me back. As he responded in a timely manner to my request for parts, I had confidence in him at that time to place an order. I ordered parts and sent full payment. I have to this day never received any parts or a refund. They stole my money.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Frank Lashua of Feltech hammer by phone and email. After months of not receiving the parts I paid for, I began requesting a refund as i have never received any parts, but he now refuses to return any phone calls or emails. I only want my parts or my money back. I have informed him that I was going to take steps to report him if I did not receive either in a timely manner, and as I have received neither the parts nor a refund, I am now reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, and now after finding other reports of his fraud, I am considering pursuing criminal charges.
Do not do business with Feltech, Fel-tech Hammer Division, or Frank Lashua. They are frauds.

While I don't have any information on the specific details of this complaint, I am writing to let the original poster and any future readers know that Fel-Tech is under new ownership. I took over the business from Frank Lashua in June of 2019. Frank is no longer involved in Fel-Tech, he's retired. I know it doesn't mean much for me to simply say so, but I believe I'm an honest and straightforward person.
I encourage anyone who has a complaint about Fel-Tech to contact me directly to see how we can resolve the issue. Everone makes mistakes from time to time, and it's how we handle those mistakes that defines our character. We are in business to build long-term relationships and help our customers succeed.
