Fence Pro Tampa shoddy workmanship, poor customer service, misleading, Land o Lakes Florida

At first glance this company seems as though they pride themselves on quality, offering a guarantee, of workmanship, a life time warranty. They talk a good game while giving you a quote.

Promised a 3rd gate" I will throw in another gate", as my neighbor was paying half for the fence between our properties.

During all correspondence the "neighbors gate" was mentioned, the owner was aware that this was expected. I was told after installation that they" the neighbors" did not want a gate. I found that really odd. The next day I spoke to my neighbors they were told it was not on the work order.  Fence Pro, never made either party aware, of any addtional charge for a 3rd gate, and they lied to me, "they don't want a gate", which was not true. Really shady, bait and switch practices. 

Two weeks after installation my gate began to swag towards the hardware making it impossible to open, It took 2 months before they came out to correct the issue. It still is not correct. The owners response is that he will get to it soon, as he has new customers and I should be patient. 

This company is misleading, there is no customer service. After you pay Fence Pro they move on to the next, you are no longer of value. They do not stand behind their word, or workmanship. If you contact the company after they cashed the check, to have something corrected, the owner will belittle and bully the customer. 

I had a 3rd party contractor come to inspect Fence Pro's work, it seems that they had not used cement on many of the posts, which causes the gate to move.
