Fenders Recovery Service severely damaged my Car san marcos, California

I was only 1 month behind in payment. I had just got off of the phone with Toyota Motor Credit and made a payment plan with them. Not more than a hour later the Repo Man was in my driveway with an OLD BEAT UP SLING TRUCK! Sling trucks are only to be used on solid metal cars not the fiber glass cars made today. My Toyota Camry was destoyed by the OUT OF DATE SLING TRUCK THIS COMAPNY USES. The owners manual clearly states that a SLING TRUCKs will damage this car!! FENDERS RECOVERY SERVICE said they will not pay me for the damages done by their SLING TRUCK when all modern day repo companys use wheel lifts. I found out the owners of this company are Terry AKA William Nally and Cindy Nally. They like to go by different names to hide themselves from the public who they humiliate and extort. They drive a fancy SILVER TOP OF THE LINE MERCEDES WITH THE PLATE 4SPANKE!
