DO NOT BE FOOLED ,they come across helpful but judge a company when things go wrong

i orderd various car parts ,bumper and front panel were broken ,if i wanted broken parts i would have kept the old ones ,parts was delivered late so wasted a whole week

i reported faults was told they would refund and collect broken parts ,they have failed to collect or issue my refund

i rang up and spoke to gary as david gives the impression he is just the shelf stacker ,he said he would ring me back ,he didnt suprize suprize ,just con men diliberatly avoiding their responsibility and now putting me to the trouble of informing my credit card and taking them to small claims court which i will now start the process

my advice is dont buy from them ,their fine if you get the right part in good condition but if not dont expect your money back ,i ordered parts for front end damage for a car and got parts from a front end damaged car wonderfull just what i wanted ,DEFINATLY NOT WHAT I WANTED OR FIT FOR PURPOSE

david/ gary if your reading this you cannot say i did not give you fair warning i will not stop untill i get my money back so why not just do the right thing          amanda

FENLAND BREAKERS  have now issued my refund ,fenland breakers was having problems with their emails and felt i made a unfair statment that i said they sent the damaged goods out so i retract that statment 

thankyou gary for issuing my refund and resolving the issues ,i do hope you go on to improve your comunication with your customers so situations like this do not arise in the future ,none of this was my fault but i do acept there was some computer email problems from your end,remember a company is judged when things go wrong and you failed short of this ,i hope this has balanced this report out

Dave ,shame you do not contact me directly to resolve this issue!i do not take lightly in giving bad feedback to buisnesses unless they deseve it , i believe you do 

your statment is aload of nonsence and is not a true account ,you blame the customer but these are the FACTS! :-

1    i ordered goods,headlights,front panel,bumper ,bonnet i was promised delivery next day ,the weekend came and didnt arrive ,i wasted days waiting in they took four days in total ,i didnt get angry and i was polite and understand things sometimes go wrong  ,i did check with the courier company and you didnt send them out when you said !

2   some parts came DAMAGED! ,the pallet was wrapped in loads of cellofane and carboard bound tightly ,the top was exposed so was the bumper,we see it was damaged 

3  my husband went over to the driver and reported the damaged bumper and he said he would mark as damaged 

4 i rang you and you kept passing me on to gary .i spoke to him about the damaged bumper and we also informed him of the front panel being damaged ,i also sent him emails and photos within an hour of  goods  being delivered  
i am not an unreasonable person and we even looked at a way of repairing the front panel but the metal was crumpled and the plastic part was split  in two places, as well the bumper was also cracked  

5     gary offered a refund which never came ,i telephoned again and was told gary would get back and he didnt  ,this happened a few times ,my emails were ignored ,i rang again and was told the parts need to be picked up before the refund was issued and the courier company will be in touch in a day or two ,another 2 days wasted !they never rang 

6   i made a complaint to breaker yard.com gary assured them the parts would be picked up and a refund issued ,again no phone call ,breaker yard again contacted fenland breakers who then made the excuse they couldnt get hold of me on the phone and went through to answer phone ,i do not have an answer phone so again nonsence 

7 breakeryard  then gave fenland breakers my husbands mobile as well as landline and promised to arrange to pick up ,again no phone call 

8  then had a three way phone call with  gary ,myself and breakeryard who did there best to resolve ,again the promise of picking up goods and issuing refunds were made ,goods left in front garden for pick up still no collection 

9  breaker yard advised me to open a dispute on there site which i shall now do  

DAVE THESE ARE FACTS NOW FOR MY TAKE ON THIS

1  YOU WERE LYING WHEN YOU SAID YOU HAD ARRANGED PICK UP BY COURIER COMPANY ,I RANG THEM THEY HAVE NO SUCH ARRANGMENT WITH YOU ,NOR HAVE THEY HEARD FROM YOU ! 

2     fenland breakers are not taking responsibility for the fact i REPORTED to them striaight away of damaged goods,i informed the driver OF DAMAGED BUMPER  ,at this point YOU SHOULD HAVE contacted the courier company so you could claim within the timescale ,this is not my job  

3    NO courier company will wait 20 minutes while you unwrap a pacel and further more there was no information provided about checking the goods while the driver is still their ,on that note ,there was no invoice or reciept from my credit card either! 

4  from the outset ,if you had the opinion that this is my fault in any shape or form you should have made your position clear ,you should not promise a refund ,wait for a month to pass and then change your story and make excuses why its not your fault 

THE BLAME LIES WITH YOURSELF ,NOT ME ,I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO COMUNICATE WITH YOU AND RESOLVE THIS ,I AM NOT A LIAR OR OUT TO MAKE TROUBLE I JUST WANT MY REFUND AND JUSTICE AND DONT LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF ,SO DO WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND ISSUE MY REFUND AND STOP PUTTING ME TO THE TROUBLE OF WASTING ANYMORE OF MY TIME MY CREDIT CARD HAVE NOW SENT ME FORMS ,SAVE ME THE HASSLE AND I WILL POST IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED ,OTHERWISE I SHALL TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY AND MIGHT NOT BE SO POLITE WITH FURTHER POSTS I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO RESOLVE WITH THE COMPANY FIRST ,THIS FAILED ,LACK OF COMUNICATION ON YOUR SIDE NOT MINE ,DO YOU REALLY THINK A CUSTOMER WOULD GO TO THIS TROUBLE IF THEY WASNT ANGRY ABOUT THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED! 

INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES NOW MAKE IT RIGHT AND ISSUE MY REFUND

THE PARTS IN QUESTION DELIVERD TO THIS CUSTOMER WERE SENT OUT WELL WRAPED AND SENT ON A PALLET THROUGH PALLET NETWORKS UK .WHEN THE PARTS LEFT OUR YARD THEY WERE ALL IN GOOD ORDER. WE HAVE ONE MAN IN OUR YARD THAT WRAPS AND SENDS OUT THESE PARTS AND IF ANY FAULTS ARE FOUND HE WILL RING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DISPATCH . WHEN THE CUSTOMER RECIEVED THESE PARTS UNFORTUNATLY SOME OF THESE PARTS WERE SAID TO BE DAMAGED . THE CUSTOMER DIDNT SIGN FOR THESE PARTS DAMAGED NOR DID THEY INSPECT PARTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM AS IT CLEARLY STATES ON OUR PARCELS SO A CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGED PARTS COULD NOT BE MADE THROUGH OUR COURIERS INSURANCE COMPANY DUE TO CUSTOMER NOT SIGNING FOR THEM DAMAGED .WE SEND OUT AS A COMPANY AROUND 30 PARCELS A DAY ROUND THE COUNTRY AND WE ARE WORKING TO IMPROVE OUR REPUTATION ON THIS SITE WE WOULD BE WILLING TO HELP TOWARDS THE COST OF THESE ITEMS BUT AS ITS NOT ALL OUR FAULT I DONT THINK OUR COMPANY IS ENTIRELY TO BLAME .
