Fernely Feliz/ Feliz Used Auto Sales Fernely Feliz Illena Feliz Used Auto Sales and repair Danbury Connecticut

I just lent my friend Michael Bowe a car, because he has no car anymore after working at Feliz Used Auto Sales in Bethel CT. There main location is Danbury CT, but he has an office, I guess in Bethel too. I've known Michael Bowe for 30 plus years. I've only known him to be honest, forthright, hard-working, and wouldn't steal a dollar from anybody. I guess Fernely Feliz asked him to come work at his Bethel location, that apparently wasn't doing too well. According to my friend Mike, who wouldn't tell me otherwise, he went in there and really started doing well for this guy. He claims he sold 47 cars in 2 months for him, when his ultimate best at that location was 7 cars. Two Connecticut tax Marshalls showed up while Mr. Feliz was in the Dominican Republic, overseeing the apparent building of this house there. Mike had to deal with these Tax Marshalls, getting them money from all the cars he was recently selling, to get them to go away, or they were shutting the place down?

After realizing that the Feliz family was a big part of the problem, because of their laziness, and lack of ability to do things in a timely manner there. He let it be known to everybody how things needed to work, because Fernely Feliz asked him to come in and run that office, this getting it up to speed? He then apparently noticed people coming in that he never saw or know, claiming that they were 50% owner of that particular location? His deal with Mr. Feliz was 50% at that location, because that was apparently was what it would take for him to go over there, and get it to being a fully functional and correct running dealership. Apparently there was three or four people that came in making that claim?

Then the NextGear financing credit line for cars came in and said, "we're shutting you down." Because apparently Mr. Feliz owed $30, 000 to $40,000 of money was owed to them for cars that were sold, and money was not given to the financing line? After having enough, he confronted Mr. Feliz, and said you need to pay me, because the last time you paid me was in January, and it's March. Stating, I sold all these cars in February for you? Excuse, after excuse, after excuse, before that came to a head. Mr. Feliz and his wife apparently ambushed him in the office, and told Michael they didn't owe him any money, and called the police on him, because he's a licensed gun carrier, and he never threatened to use a gun, or even generalized it in for Mr. Feliz's direction. Before he decided to do that, he said I sold all these cars for you and here's what you owe me for that upon our agreement, and he said no I sold these cars with you for a different amount then you're claiming? He then said, no you didn't, let me see the invoices and I'll show you what they were sold for? His wife Ileana said the invoices are not your business, and refused to show him the invoices??? He sold his car while he was there, because he would drive the cars off the lot with a dealer plate they gave him, so now he has no car, and they ripped him off for over $10,000 in commission. With tears in his eyes, he said to me, I wish I listened to my brother-in-law. My brother-in-law told me that Fernely was a coward, in an underhanded scumbag, and his wife was an enabler, and a complete hypocrite. He kept saying I wish I listened to him, and told him that it's better to forgive and restart with people, which his response was, that guy will never change. I feel terrible for him!
