Ferrandino & Son Inc Theft of Service Farmingdale New York

This company to date has avoided paying over $16,000 on snow removal services. Do NOT do work for these people. They will use every excuse in the book as to why they aren't paying. The insurance was never received, the invoice was never received, it hasn't been 45 days....etc, etc.

The most outrageous part of it all is that during the last attempt at getting paid, they explained to us that they would send the amount that was 45 days past due. However, if we chose to pay a 5% fee, then they could send out the invoices that hadn't reached the 45 days yet. Really??!! We have to pay a fee to receive the money we're owed.

Mr. Ferrandino and his company are thriving off of other peoples hard work and livelihoods. They get paid from big box retailers to maintain the parking lots but don't pay the contractors who are actually putting in the time and materials to keep these lots clear. Sadly, after researching this company, I see that these business practices have been allowed for many years and will more than likely continue until someone finally steps in and does something about it. 

Hopefully... someone will see this and think twice about doing work for this company. I just wish we had checked them out before we contracted with them for snow removal. If they call you for services....HANG UP! Doing business with these people could be the difference between success and bankruptcy.
