Ferrellgas company buys other LP companies out.When they do this;they make the customers in the old company;even when no contract has been signed by them,go by their contract rules.
Case in point.
I had a contract with Eastern Fuel for LP gas.My contract ended on June 30,2006.On July 6,2006 I changed gas companies.so they pickuy their tanks (2) on July 6,2006.So they are charging me $97.50 to pick up their tanks (2).To make things more interesting their was a total of 464.75 gals. of LP gas with a market price of $887.67 whick was paid for and own by me.After looking at my statement I received from them ;they have stole #887.67 in LP gas and are forceing me to pay them to pick up their tanks.
