Ferrey & Nicholas And Charles Arrotti Rip Off by a Scam Artist! Mt. Pleasant Pennsylvania

I was sent a letter by Ferrey & Nicholas in Novemeber of last year. they somehow knew I was going to be getting served by a sheriff for a bill I hadn't paid because of medical problems. When I called to see what it was about, I was told that they are a law firm and would represent me in court. They also promised to take away all of the late fees, over the limit fees, interest, attorney fees, and anything else that was added on. I was also told that they would be able to have all of this removed from my credit report for $165.

I did not hear anything for over a month after I sent the money and got a receipt from them. A judgment was placed against me. I received documents from the court that stated that I had failed to respond. This is what they were supposed to do and why I paid them $165. They promised to keep everything out of court. I finally received a call from a man that called himself Chuck. He told me an outrageous payment amount which was 3 times what I was told I would have to pay monthly when I initially hired their company.

I asked him to go back to them to try to get a lower payment amount. He told me a few good lines and that I should consider paying what they were offering. I told him that I would have to go over my finances and call back. That same week I called back and advised him that I agreed to the payment terms. He said he would contact the attorney and have them send paperwork to me. Three weeks went by and still no paperwork. I called to ask about it. I was told that they were just waiting for the paperwork from the attorney. The next week I called again. I was told by Kelly that they would be mailing that paperwork out that week. Again another week passed and nothing. I called the office for three weeks and Mr. Arrotti was always out of the office.

One day the sheriff came to my door to take an inventory of everything in my house. I finally contacted the attorney that I was sued by to find out why the paperwork was not sent. I later learned that noone from Ferrey and Nicholas ever contacted them.

They took 6 months of my time and $165 and did absolutely nothing. I started to research Chuck online. I found that he had been caught for identity theft ,fraud, etc. I also found an obituary for his father that listed Kami Arrotti as his wife. When I googled her, there was a whole nother load of scams. Don't waste your money on these people. All they are looking for is a quick way to scam good people out of their hard earned money!!!!
