 Beware of Festival Properties. They flip houses and manage properties . I was trying to sell my home. Mark made a offer...I rejected it....then for next few months he would text me with a new number for my house...we finally agreed .he sent contract....I asked how long to close. He said. 30 days or less...his office called to schedule a walk thru with contractors...so I drove a hour and 15 mins to meet them at the property. I waited 45 mins. Called mark. No reply Called his office. Kim said she didn't know what was wrong and I should call mark...I told her I called Mark. His voicemail is full.(mark told me later it's been full for over 2 years). Needless to say I was upset...finally talked to kim later on. Contractors couldn't make it...reallly. I'm guessing they can't call either. ..

week 3. I'm texting Mark. I need a close date...no reply. I call...can't leave message..call kim. Ask when is close date. She doesn't know. Call mark....told her I have called and texted Mark mant times and get no reply Week 4. Still no reply ..however if get a text from a differnt number saying...I have to buy a house in next 30 days are you interested in a quick sale.....I asked who it was.....it was Mark....he said. Sorry that text wasn't for you....wow. You have to buy a house but I can't get any reply about mine that you kept texting me about months before. Finally I send text.

What is going on I need a answer now...now Mark is full of excuses. His contractors don't want the work.. Never heard that one before...then it was his partner backed out. ..then week 5 and 6. He was like sorry I can't buy your house.....are you kidding me? So I went online. And gave him a bad review. Well all of a sudden he has time to call me and text me......tells me. He will help me sell my house ....if I take my review down.....ok let's see what he does. Well he does nothing...he just wants the review down. Says it looks bad...it will hurt his bussiness. Good....you strung me along. Took advantage of me.....something better came along. Was funny he called and texted me for 2 weeks asking me to take my review down. When I did t. All of a sudden he had like 6 wonderful reviews on the SAME day...

.so beware of Mark and his company.....it's a scam..he will make offer. But if something better comes along he just ignores you hoping I guess for you to go away. But during that 6 weeks you could have already sold your house.....Scam. Who owns a bussiness where a phone is the most importNt prt and leaves mailbox full so you can't even leave a message...and your office has no clue what's going on. Just to. Call mark......
