FF Dynamics Spikedcollardogs Shipped a completely different part than advertised and refused to refund Internet

FF Dynamics advertises custom automotive cooling fan systems on Ebay for purchase.  I did not see a system for my particular year, yet I noticed a fan system for 1973-1982 corvettes, and inquired about it since I own a 1972 corvette.  I gave the seller (Spikedcollardogs) the dimensions of my radiator (stock replacement) and he assured me that the 73-82 advertised system is the setup that would work.  This setup is a single shroud system.

Bottom line - I received a 2 pieces system that was different from what was advertised, and it would not fit, although I did attempt to make it work.  I contacted Spikedcollardogs, and he said he needed to contact someone, and that he would get back to me.  He eventually did, and insisted that this "change" from what was advertised is what is being sold now.  I told him that it does not fit, and this is false advertisement.  He agreed to refund the product, yet never got back to me.  I then submitted an official request through ebay for a refund, and he refused it.  I have now opened a case with Paypal against him.

FF Dynamics has a "F" RATING  with the BBB, and it's easy to see why.  Also, I see other complaints against this individual.  During my exchanges with him, he was more interested in trying to prove his "knowledge" of automobiles rather than answer a simple question.  He is very inarticulate and childish.  His inability to construct a simple sentence was on display time after time.  His lack of technical knowledge is rather oustounding, and his claims on the Ebay website of the products are without any data to support them.  He is a complete fraud.
