FHA ALL DAY -The Hall Firm loan modifications, this will make my payments down to save about$45,000.that sounds great doesn't it Boca Raton Florida

In March.09 Alex Leite starting calling offering a loan modification with FHA ALL DAY, and they worked with The Hall Firm. He said this would make our payments drop from $1174. a month to $600. monthly. They knew how to get these payments lowered. Just get a certified check for $2999.00 and then call him to send fed ex out. Then another email came needing more W2s & 2007,2008 returns to complete this process. Then the paper work would go to the next worker. Then in a few weeks Kelly Moffett started sending emails.She also started wanting more info on bank statements, my husbands pay stubs and more tax papers from 2007,2008.. Then Harry Ervin started calling us saying everything was going along good. Then he wanted me to fax all the paper work from the mortage loan we had. Like a fool I went and faxed all 82 pages. He said he was watching to make sure our stack stayed up toward the top on the next desk. We were also told that it would look like we were really being affectied by my husbands cut in pay, and trying to raise 3 granddaughters if we didn't make our house payments on time..So like fools we let them get behind, but not 2 payments. Now we are trying to get it back together, with late fees, and still pay on time. We so wished we hadn't fell into this scam..Harry Ervin about had a fit because Bank Of America was contacting us. He got me to fax it to them and don't talk to them...This is the beginning of a big mess for, never in over 20 years had we made a late house payment..What help is out there to help the ones that were scamed??Harry said it would be over in July.Was that the running time??
