FHA - HUD Ripoff! WILL NOT INFORCE THEIR OWN LAWS WASHINGTON D.C. Maryland

I just submitted my rip off report 2 days ago regarding police controlling public housing autority projects(which is a federal violation) and my night mare(find it under police section I think.

Anyway,the above situation is exactly like they said,there really isnt any one office, department
agency ect. that cares weather or not the federal rules and regulations are implemented correctly or if at all.my situation took 5 separate complaints sent to diffent HUD fair housing FHEO offices. Also called the federal fair housing hotlines several times at diffent #'s which all routed back to the same call center.who would not accept my complaint.they gave me a # for public housing field office in la who recieved over 100 documents supporting my claim but ended up telling me to get a lawyer.
I ended up calling the department of justice leaving 2 long long messages demanding they respond to my situation.

A trial attorney for the U.S. department of justice civil enforcement division "CALLED" me back I also recieved a follow up letter from him which contained the the exact words I need to included on the offical HUD complaint form and also included 2 copies of the form for me to use.
During that same time frame I sent another letter to the HUD FHEO office in washington threatening to call every local and national newspaper and tv station if they didnt respond to this final request for help.

I was sent my first written acknowledgment letter that my complaint was recieved and was being sent back to the first office for evaluation. My first request was in March. my housing disability discrimination complaint was offically filed with FHEO in october 2006. So,dont give up,start looking up diffent related info on hud website and hudclips ect. I still have a big fight ahesd of me too. they want to make sure you are determinded enough to put up a fight before they follow through.

In my opinion seeking the help of elected officals is a better last resort option. start with departments in huds civil protections laws and rules on hudclips. start faxing or snail mailing a written outline of what happened ect sign and follow up continuously.

i wish it were easier start a program to inform
people of the laws and protections that are in place and how to defend them.federal housing needs to change .i cant even find an attorney that has the knowledge to help or even cares that the law was broken.

I AM SICKEN BY THE LACK OF HELP IN ARE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RIGHT UP TO THE WHITE HOUSE. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS PROBLEM THAT I HAD SINCE 2002 WITH A LOCAL APPASAIER ROBERT GERRYS WHO KNOWLY LIED AND FAUSIED INFORMATION ON FHA/HUD FEDERAL HOUSING (VC) FORMS. I HAVE PROOF OF THIS IN WRITING FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NEW YORK STATE APPAISAL LICENSE DEPARTMENT WHO HAS BEEN INVESTAGATING THIS MATTER SINCE NOVEMBER 06 2002 AND FINALLY CAME TO A CONCULSION AFTER THOUSANDS OF MAN HOURS OF TAX PAYERS MONEY SPENT ON AUGUST 04,2005 THEY FINED HIM ONLY $750.00. IT COST THE STATE MORE TO INVESTAGATE HIM THEN THEY FINED HIM AND HE STILL HAS HIS LICENSE. THE GOOD PEOPLE OF U.S.A. BEWARE OF WHO IS DOING YOUR APPASAIAL OF YOUR HOME. I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER INVESTAGATION THROUGH THE SAME DEPARTMENT AGAINST THE REAL STATE AGENT PAUL CALKINS,PLATTSBURGH N.Y. AGENCY WHERE MY REALTOR THAT I USED TO BUY MY HOME WORKS THOMAS TUCKER, WHO FOUND MY HOUSE FOR ME AND TOLD ME IT WAS A 4 BEDROOM HOME,BUT IS ONLY A 2 BEDROOM HOME ACCORDING TO STATE AND FEDERAL CODES. FRIST TIME HOME BUYERS BEWARE OF WHO YOU HIRE. IN MY RECENT EXPERINCE DO NOT TRUST YOUR REALTOR. FIND YOUR OWN LAWYER FRIST AND HIRE HIM BEFORE TALKING TO A REALTOR. TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE BEWARE OF FHA/HUD INSURED HOME LOANS. THE HOMEBUYERS PROCECTION PLAN IS WORTHLESS. IT ISNT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WROTE ON,IT DOESNT PROCECT YOU BECAUSE FHA/HUD WILL NOT INFORCE THEIR LAWS. RIGHT UP TO HEAD MAN IN CHARGE MR. JACKSON WHOS OFFICE TOLD US ON THE PHONE IF WE CALL THIER AGAIN,THEY WOULD TURN US IN TO SECURITY IMAINAGE THAT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO THANK ALL THE SENATORS, CONGRESSMAN. GOVERNER,PROSECUTOR,ATTORNEY GENERAL THE WHITEHOUSEAND ALL THE PEOPLE AT HUD THAT YOU ARE ALL TOTALLY WORTH LESS. TO WHO EVER IN THE FURTURE WHO EVER WANTS TO RUN FOR ANY OF THESE OFFICES AND NEEDS ANY DIRT BEFORE ELECTION TIME, I WILL MAKE MY FILES AVIABLE TO THEM. THEY CLEARLY SHOW THAT A FEDERAL AND STATE CRIME WAS COMMITTED AGAINST ME AND THEY WERE ALL MADE AWARE OF IT. I LIVE IN CLINTON COUNTY N.Y. SO TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THEIR THE AMERICIAN DREAM IS A NIGHT MARE.SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOUR POOR OR MIDDLE CLASS YOUR GOVERNMENT WONT HELP YOU. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I AM NOW SCREWED. I BOUGHT A HOUSE THAT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT MET ALL STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF FHA/ HUD HAND BOOK 4150.2 AND IT DOESNT.
