FHM MAGAZINE (emapmetro LLC) hardcopy the online magazine is still up and running. The hard copy magazine has ceased publication without notice, my subscription was good until Jun 2011 and paid up. I called the 1-877-649-9637 number you are told to call from the online site and get a recording "FHM has ceased publication contact the subscription service you used" unfortuately I used a check for the latest sub to FHM! I have emailed the last known address and am waiting a reply as well as a call to the online site and email to the online editior. This is a warning to all don't trust any magazine with your money for more than two years at the most. This is the second time in a year I have been ripped off STAR TREK COMMUNICATOR magazine did the same , they notified by email (no phone numbers at all) and never replyed to any mail sent to them. FHM was a good magazine and I can't understand why they went under and if they have declared bankruptacy subscribers should be notified but it seems they just took my money and kept it and just basically want me to forget about it.

After filing with the NYC Agency / ESQUIRE lawyers answered CONFIDENTIALLY to the NYC Agency who contacted me advising that they said they offered ESQUIRE subs. They faxed me the reply letter and advised to write the lawyers with a copy to them asking for a refund...they responded with a full refund for the balance NOT already refunded by my other service Student Magazines Service who acted quickly. So if you have a problem CONTACT the consumer protection agency and you might get great help. NY CITY is the BEST! STUFF has ceased publication without notice and transfered subs to Blender have placed report on this and will keep updated on how STUFF replys.

Searched and found an old order through Student Magazine Service, they really went out of their way to help, one order through them they canncelled and then they went to FHM (FHM doesn't talk to customer's apparently), anyway SMS found that I had ordered though PC 800-645-9242 who are cancelling my sub though them. Additionally, they were given a number to call 800-403-9009 to contact ESQUIRE, it ain't their number it's a referral to an adult line! ESQUIRE is 800-888-5400 and they said that they were told FHM customers were being transferred to them and should get their first issue in May or June...I' holding my breath.
Anyway, FHM told SMS that they had contacted customers. NOT THIS ONE! FHM is still online and I can tell you I wouldn't trust them with a dime and if I had a sub to them online cancell it they are to me NOT TO BE TRUSTED, EMAPMETRO LLC has in my case completely failed in all areas of customer service and if I see their name associated with anything I will never order any producr or service. Fellow FHM subs I hope this helps you get your money or magazine whichever you want.

I contacted the Student Magazine Service where I first ordered FHM they told me that FHM had told them that they had mailed information(NOT TO ME!) that orders where being made so that some people would get a magazine called RADAR or ESQUIRE. Others would get a refund. I was not offered either. SMS was great and researched and called FHM and helped me get this information even though not all of the orders were threw them. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. something FHM should learn. If you have problems and are getting ESQUIRE you can call 800-403-9009, if you ordered threw Publishers Clearing House 800-645-9242. Good luck.
