Our business folded with the downward spiral of the building industry. An account with a local business had been paid until we no longer had work, at which time they turned over collection of the balance to Ficka. When we were contacted by Ficka, we made an arrangement to pay the bill in-full. For over 30 days they did not submit the payment. That business bank account was then closed and funds moved to a different account. The next call from a Ficka associate was bullying, intimidating, with the threat of being arrested for a worthless check. When we offered to make a payment the associate, Jason Ingram, scoffed that the amount wasn't nearly enough and got hostile.
